I often think of how to start the introductions to the blogs. We could talk about the weather but I have done that so many times, although I will say that the slightly cooler weather we are having right now is making me look forward to the weather to come.
I could talk about how fast the year has gone, and that means Christmas and the New Year is not that far away.
However I am reminded that each day is a blessing. Today we share just 30 minutes of blessings that we have had. Our lives are so full of busyness that it is always good to stop and enjoy the moments that we share. Today, from around the world, the 30 Minutes in the Life blog contributors will share how they stopped to enjoy the moments.
“In the life of a photographer, whose art is created in tiny fractions of a second, thirty minutes is a sustained thought. Thirty minutes, the length of a child’s ballet class, a quick sauce’s simmer, a commute, is long enough to witness change and short enough to be over before you know it. We offer you here our monthly results of thirty minutes of watching and waiting and recording, of rendering permanent those fractions of a second that slip past in the time it takes to watch a television show. Thirty minutes in the life.”

Remember to take time to enjoy your 30 minutes. Once it is gone, it just the memories that live on. Take time to capture the joy and remember the moments.
